Missing a glass lump shade
We received the "Axis Sputink Chandelier" as a gift because we placed a large order more than $4500. However, the chandelier came with only 5 glass lamp shade instead of 6 as listed in the parts. Without the 6th glass lamp shade, we can't complete the installation. I reported the missing shade via Chat and also submitted a missing part report. Currently waiting for the response from Castery.

Almost perfect
This dining table has incredible weight, adding to the quality of the piece. The chestnut stain is what I expected, and the semi-matte finish on it is nicely done. I wish this had an extendable option, but I still think it's great. It came slightly damaged, with marks on a small section of the side of the tabletop.
Decent seat but hinge holes were offset
Comfortable, great for tall folks. I'm short but also comfortable when used with a lumbar pillow. The seat height is great to use with a standard dining table height. The cushion doesn't sink, so great support and helps keep the height. I wish the fabric came taut like shown in the photos. The fabric is looser, causing wrinkles. The holes where the hinges were to be screwed in were placed incorrectly, but my bf was able to work around it. Although, it still doesn't close all the way.

This couch has many different styling options, and the material wipes away dirt and spills easily. It's comfortable and I'm very happy with the color of the boucle chalk.
